BlueCellCo creates spreadsheet planners and trackers for Google Sheets and Excel. Paid templates are sold through our Etsy shop, and all purchases, delivery, and refunds are governed by Etsy's policies and our Etsy shop policies. Free "lite" templates may be offered directly through this website in exchange for your email.

When you download a template (free or paid), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the files; claim the templates as your own or use them to create a competing product; or use our content for any unlawful purpose. All templates, designs, text, and branding remain the intellectual property of BlueCellCo. No ownership is transferred to you.

Free "lite" templates are provided for your personal use and are offered "as is," without warranties. We may change or stop offering them at any time.

Our templates are tools for personal organization and planning only. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result. You're responsible for your own decisions and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

The website and templates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueCellCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or templates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our site links to third parties (such as Etsy and Pinterest). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

If you subscribe, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
